Permissions:Actions
All Permissions:Actions apply to Orders except for Create, which is an Action specified in Transactions. Once a General Action is applied, then all Users associated with the Order are notified.
Assign
An Order may be assigned by the Subscriber or Member from one Member to another Member. If an Assignment occurs, then all other parties in the Transaction are notified.
Complete
If an Order is Completed, then an Order can no longer be changed. All parties are notified.
