Blocking

Blocking of users who harass or spam.

Technical Notes

All user profiles and groups are searchable and viewable by default. A user has the ability to edit their group/user profile and define which particular element (first name, age, etc.) has which view permission (see above).

Question: Does a user have the ability to apply view permissions to their ENTIRE
profile and does that translate technically? In other words, is there a column in the
user table in the Centricity database that flags the entire user account with view
permissions? Or is it associated to each lead element and if no lead elements are
public, then the profile is therefor not public as well? [Omed]
