Extract Value is a performance marketing company specialized in lead generation for sophisticated financial industries. Based in Arcadia, California, Extract Value was founded on 2 January 2008 by Shel Bachrach, Austin Guu and Gordon Clune. Compared to traditional marketing agencies, Extract Value operates on a Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost per Sale (CPS), or revenue sharing while covering some or all advertising expenses. Executive Summary
Extract Value is an internet marketing company that generates leads for sophisticated industries. The Company’s management has a long track record of entrepreneurial successes—delivering technical expertise, leadership and a network of industry contacts. Austin Guu, CEO, has previously owned an investments brokerage and financial marketing firm, building a rolodex of clients ranging from small businesses to one of the largest private RIAs in the United States. Shel Bachrach, Partner, is regarded as one of the world’s greatest entertainment and high net worth insurance brokers, having been President of those respective departments in AON, Albert G. Rubin, and USI. Mr. Bachrach has and will continue to be instrumental in the development of new business, especially in insurance and finance. Gordon Clune, Partner, is also CEO of Klune Group, one of the United States largest private aerospace manufacturers. As CEO of Klune Group, Mr. Clune grew revenue from $8 million in 1996 to over $120 million in 2007. Mr. Clune provides entrance into major manufacturing and trade markets as well as investments and real estate.
Extract Value’s growth strategy calls for the development of new market verticals by efficiently developing company websites. Then, the Company can leverage data committed by those companies to Centricity and Superportal to create web portals and partner with publishers. These web portals feature applications from business directories to wikis and social networking to ad targeting—capabilities that few competing web portals could have or achieve. Finally, Extract Value would deploy its ad network and lead exchange across unique industries, building a unified marketplace where companies can easily and efficiently buy and sell leads.
Industry Targets
At the present time, Extract Value focuses on two industries: insurance and alternative investments. The Company began as one of few firms generating leads online for qualified life settlement consumers. With the qualification barrier set at high net worth seniors with specific insurance policies, Extract Value was able to become a leader in life settlement lead generation after only four weeks of development.
In alternative investments, Extract Value has built relationships with multiple Advertisers and Publishers to develop a self-sustaining affiliate network based on CPA and CPS lead generation.
Lead Generation Methods
Extract Value performs lead generation through three methods: search marketing, e-mail marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Branding
Extract Value approaches branding as a means to an end: the end being the ability to generate leads and close them effectively and efficiently. To this end, the Company leverages direct experience in industries it is involved in to build brands, design websites, and produce marketing collateral that appears relevant, credible, and enticing to consumers.
Web Assets
Extract Value has several web assets under development, most notably Correlo and LiveInsure. LiveSettlements, a web portal catering to the developing insurance industry of life settlements, has been in a beta testing stage since March 2008.
