Centricity is a proprietary web platform built by Extract Value that integrates, centralizes and automates the management of common internet marketing and sales functions. Centricity is the User Management System (UMS) for Superportal. It is also being developed as a lead exchange, which will allow buyers and sellers of leads to connect on an open and secure marketplace.

Features include:

The Centricity database centralizes user account information from multiple external databases operated by Extract Value or its affiliates including Correlo, LiveInsure and affiliated Advertiser and Publisher websites. Through a series of APIs, Centricity is able to transfer data and/or trigger actions through synchronous, two-way communication with other software or databases.

Business Description

Centricity combines the functionality of a social network, lead manager and web marketing suite into one integrated platform. It has functions for web analytics, mass e-mail delivery, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Unlike traditional lead managers, Centricity gathers web form data as a social network would—under user and group profiles—and then distributes this information to lead buyers. It acts as a Single Sign On (SSO) application, allowing users to have a single username and password for its entire network. If an individual crosses over multiple channels, their profile and data would follow them. A parallel application would be Google Accounts, Yahoo IDs or OpenIDs—although in Extract Value’s case, the user is also considered a lead.

Centricity’s database architecture produces a highly scalable platform where user-to-user or user-to-group relationships can be built easily, thus enabling Extract Value to sprout social networks and business communities. Furthermore, since leads are organized under uniform user profiles, the Application is also able to capture user-specific web, e-mail and sales analytics as well as user interactions. For example, in addition to gathering contact information, a lead profile would be appended with what web pages, e-mails, and PDFs were viewed, opened, clicked and forwarded (and far more data). This information can then be data-mined, used for ad targeting, and ultimately passed to relevant lead buyers.

Insofar as Centricity acts as a lead manager, it differs from competitors in two ways. First, the Application in its entirety can be applied to third-party websites Extract Value does not manage, thus improving the quality of leads and features of a web portal. Second, the sheer scalability of Centricity makes lead buying/selling far more accessible because all registered companies effectively become potential lead buyers or sellers. Centricity can be efficiently and rapidly distributed to an infinite number of web or landing pages through unique, auto-generated trackers. The Application assigns unique trackers to each lead, lead buyer and seller—thus shortening the registration and delivery process.
